Break Test / Tensile Test Service

Our machine park contains a professional, DAkkS calibrated tensile test / break test machine with a maximum load capacity of 50 kN. We can break test your gear with a straight pull until it breaks or we can run a cyclic load test. It can also be used to calibrate your LineScale or other mobile load cells.
The cost per hour of machine use is 250,- EUR, during that hour we'll support you to achieve as many tests as possible. Depending on your test samples and the test design the number of tests per hour can vary.
If you just want to perform one single strength test, the cost per single straight pull is 40,- EUR.
