Rex S. I am a huge fan on the captive pin. These shackles are bomber and the fact that the pin remains in place is fantastic for me. I bought a good few of these because they are cheap but hefty and have come in handy for many things.

jo I've drop a pin where it was annoying but possible to retrieve it. when thats not the case I'm happy to have those shackles :)
